Enable IPv6 Nexus 9k (version 9.3(9) Bios:version 05.45 )

Hi Everyone,

I would greatly appreciate your help, I’m trying to enable IPV6 in global configuration and a VLAN but I wasn't able to configure, I have checked some references like this:

switch(config)# ipv6 unicast-routing

switch(config)#interface vlan 3

switch(config-if)# ipv6 enable

but these options aren’t available In the nexus Nexus 9336C-FX2 (version 9.3(9) Bios:version 05.45 )

Global Configuration:

nexus(config)# ipv6 ?

  access-list            Configure access list

  adjacency              Configure Adjmgr

  adjacency-stale-timer  When probing for an adjacency begins

  dhcp                   Configure IPv6 DHCP

  host                   Add an entry to the ip hostname table

VLAN Configuration:

nexus(config)# int vlan 2142

nexus(config-if)# ipv6 ?

  forward         Enable ipv6 forwarding on interface

  link-local      Change format of link-local address

  mld             MLD interface configuration commands

  nd              ICMPv6 Neighbor Discovery commands

  redirects       Enable sending ICMPv6 Redirect messages

  traffic-filter  Specify access control for packets

  unreachables    Enable sending ICMPv6 Unreachable messages (port-unreachables are always rate-limit enabled)
