Enabling jumbo frames on a cisco 5672up is there any impact to existing active interfaces

quick question:

When you enable jumbo frames on a 5672up using the following commands, Is there any impact to existing active interfaces and or services....

Since this will be applied to all interfaces

policy-map type network-qos jumbo
  class type network-qos class-default
    mtu 9216
system qos
  service-policy type network-qos jumbo

If you are doing it on only one device, there should not be an impact but if you have 2 devices configured as vPC, it will cause inconsistency between peers and will cause down time.  Either way, I would do it in a non-production hours just in case.
