I have some problems trying to find if WS-X6K-SUP2-2GE is in EoL
Can anybody have a Cisco link where exactly this part number is declared as EoL ?

The part number you are posting is the SUP. Did you get this off show mod? Or you are reading it in front of the module?

I got it from the results of "Show module" command

Okay, that explain. So the link I'd posted is for all SUP2 and related module, which includes the one you have.

Thanks Jerry,
Let me understand ... you mean that WS-X6K-SUP2-2GE is not a part number that can be quoted individually by Cisco, that means that Cisco sales
WS-X6K-S2-MSFC2 as a sort of bundle, that includes: a WS-X6K-SUP2-2GE, a WS-F6K-PFC2 and a WS-F6K-MSFC2.
Is that right ?

That is right. Usually the support contract part number is based on the print in the front of the module and serial number. These info is used to verify support or EOL status.
