SYSTEM INIT: INSUFFICIENT MEMORY TO BOOT THE IMAGE!
Two things are happening here ...
1. Your switch has a hardware failure and crashes;
2. Everytime the switch crashes, the switch creates a "crashinfo" file. Multiple or continuous crashes makes multiple "crashinfo" file which, in turn, fills up the flash memory of the switch. The switch can't boot so it too crashes and attempts to create another set of "crashinfo" file.
Basically, your switch needs to be RMA-ed. There's nothing else to be done.
