Hi,
It is a crash due to access the illegal address
%ALIGN-1-FATAL: Corrupted program counter
The cause could be a DDTS or a parity. Parity is likely to be the cause looking at this interrupts:
Registered Interrupts:
Level Mask Count Data Interrupt Handler
4 0x0000400000000000 0 0x00000000 0x6069E838 (NRBUS Parity Error)
4 0x0000200000000000 0 0x00000000 0x6069E838 (IO Error)
4 0x0000004000000000 0 0x00000000 0x6069E838 (IO_BUS_Parity Error)
4 0x007C00000000E0C2 0 0x00000000 0x606A467C (Spurious Intr ERROR
Handler)
4 0x0000000000020000 0 0x00000000 0x606A5100 (Corrected ECC Error
Handler)
If parity is single, it could be transient and never reoccur again. 2 or more occurrencies indicate that memory has a HW failure and you need a replacement.
Could you share "show version", "show stack" and crashinfi file to check for more details?
Kind Regards,
Ivan Shirshin

Hi Zeinab,
If the router is not booting after this error, you are definetly encountering memory failure - hard king of parity. Replace the DRAM and if that does not help, the router itself (as it could be caused by faulty memory slot or else on motherboard).
Kind Regards,
Ivan Shirshin
