HI,
I think better to share complete boot logs. as connect console cable and start logging on using the putty software. After that restart the switch (unplug the power code and plug it back).
Also share a few answers as:
1. Do you have any extra hardware connectivity such as extra uplink module, SPF, USB stick, etc? If yes, unplug the all hardware.
2. Is this switch in the stack?
3. Have you noticed any other error message?
4. have you tried with IOS up-gradation?
