please which type of the ethernet cable Cat6 ( STP Vs UTP ) is better to use in the data center ?

I have never seen STP used. Deploying STP is more complex due to the grounding required. Do you expect a lot of electromagnetic interference? Many of the cables in the datacenter will be fiber anway.
I would imagine that modern UTP has no problem to be deployed in a datacenter. Here is an interesting article:

what do you mean by grounding ? need to ground the cable ?
there are more than 100 cable in one bandle , and the bandle near to the electrical cables , so its better to use stp by ur
opinion ?

Yes, you need to provide grounding at one or both ends of the cable as discussed here:

How much power do you have in the electrical cables? How close are they?

Who installed that???
Any electrical or data cable installer knows full well data and electrical cables cannot be situated in the same cable cable tray. Most DC standards I have read have power cables in an exclusive cable tray and bundled data cables are in another tray.
