Hi All,
I have below error on Cisco 6807 VSS.

469490: Mar22 13:57:55.975: %EARL-SW2_DFC1-1-EXCESSIVE_PARITY_ERROR: EARL 0: Parity error detected in VRAM
I have found CSCus64795 from below forum link, but unable to see it from Cisco site. Can someone please help me to get the correct bug link and the resolution.
Thanks much,

There is no workaround for that bug you posted the workaround is to reload the device , the bug is now locked down by Cisco and is not viewable by the public , do you have support on your device you should open a TAC case see if theres anyything other than a reload they can offer
What is your current image your running on ? If your going to reload it you could upgrade at the same time

Hi Mark,
Current running OS:

Please advise further

I see 3 parity bugs alone in that version in the release notes , i would move to the recommened version SY4 whihc is a main deployment , if supported i would raise it with TAC first or at least run the show tech through teh cli analyzer

The error message means the line card in Switch 2, slot 1 is having a slight issue.
The quickest way to fix this is to re-seat (not reset) the line card: Pull the line card out for a few seconds and slide it back in.
NOTE: This error message is NOT a bug. Every 6K will see this error from time to time.
