Hi Ali,

MSFC is the Layer 3 routing daughter card on the supervisor engine and takes care for you all the layer 3 features on the router.Its is MSFC who populates the routing table on it.You congfigure all the layer 3 features like NAT, PBR, Intervlan routing features on the MSFC
