Dears good morning!
I Have this Card With 48 Interfaces and an interface burned and the other sequence also stops working. Why this happend?

If the ports/module failed, then just RMA the modules to Cisco if you have SmartNet Contract

If you don't have SmartNet, don't need ports 1 to 8 and don't have the funding to buy a new module then you can continue using what you have (ports 9 to 48)

sounds like the ASIC for ports 1 through 8 also has an issue that kicks in when port 1 fails.

ports per group. groups are usually handled by 1 asic.

For you to understand, the interfaces does not work from 1 to 8, but 9 to 48 is working.

Only one interface was fail, but always 1 to 8 it´s not work more.
So I just wanted endender so happened!
