Failure connection between server and an catalyst 3750 administrative IP

Hi everybody, I need your help, We have a monitoring server which is located in subnet A, and have a catalyst 3750 directly connected to a catalyst 4507R (catalyst 3750 with a cooper module 1000 base T - catalyst 4507R in a cooper port 1000 Base T). The inconvenient is that another server in subnet A, connected in the same 4507 where the first is too, we can reached, but the first CAN NOT. Anybody has an idea what is happenning?. Thanks a lot.

the issue is that catalyst 3750 can not be reached from the monitoring server (directly connected to catalyst 4507R), and viceversa, but from another server, in the same subnet (directly connected to catalyst 4507R) it is reached by the monitoring server.
