Fibre link dropping randomly - no reports in logs.

Hi

I'm hoping for a second pair of eyes..

I have two switches with fibre between them (between buildings).
I'm using cisco "compatible" FS 10K Modules. (Cisco SFP-10G-LR Compatible 10GBASE-LR SFP+ 1310nm 10km Duplex LC SMF DOM Optical Transceiver Module from FS)

Switch 1 - Cisco CBS350-24XS
Switch 2 - Cisco SX350X-24FSwitch 2 was originally an FS switch, but I replaced it as I had the same issue..

The logs show that the ports go down, and then it'll random when they come up. Sometimes I can "shut" the port and "no shut" it, which will reactivate the link. Sometimes this won't work. It's random times. I've replaced SC/LC cables, and modules.

Switch 1:

Fiber Ports Optical-Transceiver commands shows:

Port Temp Voltage Current Output Input LOS [C] [Volt] [mA] Power Power [mWatt] [mWatt]
----------- ------ ------- ------- ------- ------- ---
te1/0/23 26 3.32 15.81 0.78 0.19 No

Switch 2:

Port Temp Voltage Current Output Input LOS [C] [Volt] [mA] Power Power [mWatt] [mWatt]
----------- ------ ------- ------- ------- ------- ---
te1/0/5 31 3.31 17.52 0.77 0.18 No

Are these levels acceptable?

Any guidance would be appreciated.

>>> The logs show that the ports go down, and then it'll random when they come up <<<
can it be that "error recovery" kicks in ? than it is not so random, but depending on the recovery timer
when the port is down  enter sho int status err-disabled command
on some models/OS versions  sho int status will be enough, and you will see the port as  err-disabled
