File in use in an incompatible mode

Hello Community,

Can someone please provide an explanation why everytime I try to delete and file from flash I get the message:

(File in use in an incompatible mode)

The file I'm trying to delete

cpuHighCPUUsage.tcl

is a follows:

Hi,

During none working hours, try rebooting the router and then repeat the same command

i had same issue with Cisco 887VA router rebooting the router and repeating the command worked
