Don't recall a command for that. If it's sometime that was on or off all the time, device datasheets should note.
I recall, years ago, some devices (might have been non-Cisco) that supported cut-through switching, might toggle it dynamically on-off depending on over all loading.
(BTW, some Nexus switches have re-introduced cut-through switch, believe it's limited to certain interfaces.)
