Found UNBUNBLE PO after enable Port Channel

Hi All ,
I found the issue on Switch  4510R. I running version 03.11.00.E.152-7 .
Why after enable Portchannel switch found log unbundle and interface left from PO. 
Please advise me.

Hi,

it can be related to IP SLA and track. Share port-channel, physical interface , ip sla and track outputs from configuration.

Also, you may have EEM script (show run | sec applet) , share all of them

Previously , All Configuration working fine but yesterday I found the issue .

Remove the IP SLA config.

Check speed duplex and mtu of all member of port channel and port channel.
