Frame relay command not working on ethernet interface

its a default config router loaded in GNS 3, the frame-relay is working on serial interface 

but it is not working on a ethernet interfaqce on same router

Any suggestions?

You are correct. encapsulation frame-relay is supported on serial interfaces and not supported on Ethernet interfaces. This is generally true and is not related to being in GNS 3.
