WS-C3750X-24P-S : Switch FAN Led status shows amber .

Hello Experts , 

We have issue with switch FA , on cli it show faulty and when physically checked the LED status it shows Amber color .

So in this scenario do you think we can consider FAN as faulty or can we try reseating the FAN again to see if that works ? 

what is the correct approach ? 

Switch Model : WS-C3750X-24P-S 

Do we have any command to check serial number of the fan ? I did not find in show inventory !

show env all    - show you fan status

If you like to reseat them,  i suggest to do in the maintenance window.

IF the LED on the fan assembly is amber then it is not a bug but a failure. 

Like the power supplies, the fan assembly for the 3750X is the same model as the ones found in 3850 and 9300.
