get ICMP response but not get RDP

HI i got ICMP response from host from 10.0.52.0/22 ip Series with using GW:10.0.52.2 firewall interface and  also get RDP and ICMP to other location server using 172.10.8.0/21 ip series. Also got ICMP response but not get RDP of server from 10.0.11.35/2. No ACL for this. But ifi change GW:10.0.52.1 then i will get RDP and ICMP both for Server 10.0.11.35/24 but lost RDP and ping for 172.10.8.0/21 series IP and lost internet connectivity

 - Well in any case you will have to check consistency of firewall rules  and setups (for instance) ; you can for instance
                          % nmap --reason -p3389  ip-of-rdp-server   (from the client node)

where is '10.0.52.0/22' ? You drawing shows only a /24 network. Post the full running configs of all devices, so we can possibly lab this up....
