Getting a warning %PLATFORM-4-ELEMENT_WARNING: on 9200 Stack

Here is my full error I am getting on all 4 switches in the stack...

%PLATFORM-4-ELEMENT_WARNING: Switch 2 R0/0: smand: 2/RP/0: limited space - copy corefiles/switch-reports out of flash:core & crashinfo: directories. crashinfo: value 100% (806 MB) exceeds warning level 80% (645 MB).

How do I clear these logs/reports out?

This is a new switch build and I was getting a ton of errors before I upgraded the stack to 17.06.04 - I want to clean it out.

Thanks!

That was it - I cleared out the crashinfo directories in each switch stack.

I recieved....

*Mar 16 14:29:10.440: %PLATFORM-4-ELEMENT_WARNING: Switch 4 R0/0: smand: 3/RP/0: crashinfo: usage has returned to appropriate level. value 7% (55 MB) is below warning level 80% (645 MB).

Post the complete output to the following commands:

  1. sh version
  2. dir
  3. dir flash-2:core
  4. dir flash-2:tracelogs

I looked in crashinfo and found....

This seems like what the command is complaining about.

Thoughts?

Hi,

please, which command did you use to clear it out?
