Gi11: Detected undersize frames generated by the connected dev

i have this event "Description: Gi11: Detected undersize frames generated by the connected device." on my Catalyst Express switch that is trunking into one my ISR 4ESW-HWIC interface.

Both ports are already configured to operate in full duplex and at the speed of 100mbps yet still i've got this event.

i have also tried to set both trunking port to auto duplex and auto speed. yet still the same event comes up....

please advise...

I think first of all you have to disconnect the connected device. Then reconnect the device. Check if unauthorized device is connected to this Network. Disconnect the unauthorized device. I this will solve your problem.

that device is my ISR router... how can that device be considered as unauthorized? if it is... how do i make it an authorized device?
