Giving priority to audio/video conferencing

I have a c1900 isr that is currently running at a branch site of a network.  They have been having issues with skype/netmeeting quality when doing av conferences.  I believe i can do pbr or qos or another method to give priority to av traffic.  Is this possible with the c1900.   If so, where would be a good place to get started with configuring a 1900 for this.

I believe you can use QoS on a 1900, but as to where to start, need more details such as what's the device on the "other side", what the physical and logical topologies, what's configured now, what IOSs are being used, etc.
