can any one guide how to use gns 3 simulator,in which site to download IOS and how to upload and work with this?

You can download GNS3 from here: http://www.gns3.net/download/

You need to have a valid support service contract with cisco in order to download IOS from cisco.com

You would either need to have a CCO with a valid support contract and download it from Cisco, or have a router that is emulatable by GNS3 and TFTP/FTP the image off of it to your PC.
