Gray Log Server

I have setup a Gray Log server.  I don't know how to point this server to my cisco switches.  I believe I configured the switches to the IP of the gray log server but don't know how to vice versa.  Any assistance would be appreciated.

So in theory I should be getting messages on the gray log server now?  can you verify if this is correct this is what I entered on the swtich:

conf t 

logging host (IP of gray log server) transport udp port 514 

after this command i have to put in a logging level or logging origin?
