Group of network ports on module WS-X4248-RJ45V in switch 4507 lost POE capability suddenly.

Ports on the same module fa6/1-36 are getting power but not 6/37-48. It is running with IOS cat4000-i5s-mz.122-25.EWA12.bin.

Please help me in finding root cause.

   I have seen that before and you can try either reloading the slot or the whole box and see if it comes back.   That is also very old code you have running there so that might be an option also .
