Hello,
I am using Cisco packet tracer of version 8.0 in Windows 10. When I tried to access the GUI of Router to configure. It was missing. Then I checked the preferences section. But "Hide GUI " option was unchecked there too. Then I tried downloading previous versions. Still I am left with the same error. I checked all the routers too but only CLI was there. So I am here to get help.

You can report an issue to PT people to get this fix. Go to PT Help, select "report an issue" to open a browser page for you to fill in some info. thanks

Odd. Did you try completely removing all versions of PT, and then reinstall version 8 ?

Yes, I did and I tried reinstalling too
