Have 2 different CORE SWITCHES - NEED TO MAKE REDUNDANCY

I have a 9407 and 4507 core switch, I need to make redundancy between them. As VSS is not possible I have tried HSRP with below configurations. HSRP Redundancy is working fine but issue seems to be with the uplinks from access switch. Seems like STP issue.

Firstly I would like to know is this solution with two different family core will work and going with HSRP redundancy is fine.

Attached is  the config for 2 core and 1 access switch. 

It seems I need to make configuration for root bridge. Can someone advice me the configuration.

are the SW's (two Core SW and multi access SW) form triangle?

No I have around 10 access switches each access switch connected to core1 and core2 with fiber connection.
