Help finding ios upgrade procedure for 3560-x

Can some one help me find the upgrade procedure for a 3560-x?

I'm going from 12.2x to 12.2.55

The 3560-x page says upgrade but when I go to it, it only has docs in there for hardware and install docs.

Or if there is an easier way to do it with a flash drive instead of tftp, would be good to know that too

it's like any other proceedure.  

Unpack the TAR file into the flash of the appliance and off you go.  The recommended command to upgrade and unpack is still:  archive download-sw tftp://<TFTP IP address>/IOS.TAR

Do NOT do the "lazy" way of copying the BIN file.
