i have 300 user in network  in 2 building and firist buiding 5 flors

i use subnet /22

i have core switch 3500xl fiber

and 8 swith 3560

and my network have 2 router one for adsl and other for mpls

so i want upgrade it to make voip network and wireless

so if i need replace switch what i model and how many

 how many

How many will depend on you and whether or not you want to use 8-, 24- or 48 port.

so if i need replace switch what i model

You didn't specify if you want a Layer 2 switch or a Layer 3 switch.

If you want Layer 2-only switch, then you can't beat 2960S.

If you want a Layer 3 switch, then you have a choice between a 3560E or a 3850.

Router model will depend entirely upon the bandwidth you are using.

To replace your 3508XL, you can consider a 3750X-12S or 3750X-24S.

thanks u sir for replay to me

so i understand i have to replace 3508xl with 3750x-12s this will be core

and i need to work with voip phone in access switch 2960 tc-s will be good or i replace it

and also wireless what u advice me to be in wireless access point

and vlan for every floor in desgin is better than for evey department cause may be 3 department in every floor

and i need to work with voip phone in access switch 2960 tc-s will be good or i replace it

2960TC is NOT PoE.  So if you are fine with that, then go ahead.  But frankly, I'd be looking for PoE.

and also wireless what u advice me to be in wireless access point

Depends.  What country do you plan to install the AP and what kind of traffic do you and the users will be using?  Describe your physical location and the place where you plan to install the AP?  Are there any neighbors?  If so, do they have wireless?  How far is your premises from the nearest neighbor?

vlan for every floor in desgin is better than for evey department cause may be 3 department in every floor

You mean routing to every floor?  Yes, this will be a good idea.  If this is what you want to do, then 2960S is out of the question because this switch only has very limited Layer 3 capabilities.

If you have funds to implement routing to the floor then your switch options will either be the 3560X or the 3850.

For switches with the POE capability, here are just a few of the current switches that cisco carries that supports POE, total available power, and how many interfaces you get with each model. Hope this helps.

Make sure when planning implementation of PoE with switches on your network, you determine how much power the devices will need to draw from the interface on the switch. Always plan accordingly to how much power you need per port.

As for your setup, I am curious how far apart the buildings are. The core switch can host the vlans and have fiber Layer 2 trunk ports down to the access switches in either building or floor as long as the distance is not exceeded for the switches transmit capabilities over that media. 300 users broken up amongst multiple access switches is not that bad at all.

You could break up that /22 into smaller vlans based on buildings and floors, only issue with that is you need to make sure you know how many people are on each floor and account for growth to properly VLSM the ip subnets into vlans for each floor in each building. Plus all of the vlans will show up on all of the access switches and worst case scenario, you run out of ip's in the floor 3 bldg 1 vlan and the floor 1 bldg 2 vlan still has some available ip's, you would have to end up dipping into that for the 3rd floor bldg 1 access ports and your vlan standard will be done for, unless, you have an additional ip subnet you could slap on that third floor vlan as a secondary.

For the design of Layer 2 trunked ports to all your access switches from the core. Since you only have 300 users, I would sliver off a /23 for future use and assign the one user vlan for your users the remaining /23 [i.e. this would give you (subtract broadcast & gateway ip ->) 508 user ip's]. Thats 508 usable ip's meaning you are accounting for roughly 60% growth in that vlan plus if you have any needs for users to go on a serperate vlans for security reasons, implementing any security devices, or anything not a user, then you will have extra ip's to implement a new vlan. If you already have seperate ip subnets for this, ignore this whole block and stick with the /22 in that vlan or vlsm it into multiple vlans, your choice.

For the design of Layer 3 downlinks. You could implement a distribution switch in each building with layer 3 uplinks to the core and then divide the /22 subnet amongst both distribution switches (i.e. 2 x /23 subnets). Then run Layer 2 trunk links from the distribution switches in each building to their respective building access switches. Each building would be seperated via Layer 3 instead of interconnected on layer 2. This is a good solution as well. Plus with this, you would only be running one (or two for redundancy) fiber link/s from distribution switch in the second building to the first building with your core. Saving on infrastructure.

Hope this helps. Thanks!
