HELP required !!!

I want to know wheather I can make and receive SIP calls. My Router Configuration is as follows:

Router - 1751

IOS Image Name: c1700-sv8y7-mz.123-2T9.bin

IOS Version: 12.3(2)T9

Feature Sets: IP (Internet Protocol)

Hardware Details

Model Type: Cisco 1751

Total Memory: 64 MB

Total Flash Capacity: 16 MB

Slot 0: C1751 Mainboard

#10/100Ethernet

#WIC Slot 0: 1 Port Ethernet (WIC-1ENET)

This Unit is installed in New Delhi. Broadband connection from MTNL New Delhi with Static IP Address.

I have SIP account with www.web.de in Germany. And I want to make and receive calls from Germany.

the IOS should be upgraded to 12.3.7T12.

previous releases have been defered and you'll need the ip voice feature set.

this does require 96MB ram and 32MB flash though.

As per my informations, upgrading of Flash in Cinsco 1751 is not possible.

Is there any other way, where I do not have to upgrade the memory.

No memory upgardes for 1750.

You need to upgrade the ram which appear is possible.

You should be able to boot the router from a TFTP server. Not sure I would do this for a production router but i have done it many times in the lab.

how about my version? could an FXS or FXO card can work without upgrading the mem or IOS? Please see below

You will not be able to use DSPs, voice cards, or voice protocols without a voice image.

For the 1700 you can identify a voice image if it has a 'v' in the IOS name.
