Hep me, Entire Stack fail when active or standby switch fail - Cisco 3825

I have two Swicth 3850 and i have plugged in the stackwise. I boot the master then the slave and it joins the stack fine.

But my problem is that the entire of stack fail when i turn-off the active switch or turn-off the standby switch.

Stack-CSWC3850-S1-S2#show switch

Hello

Can you elaborate on the entire stack fails -do you mean you lose connectivity to the network but the salve switch is still active or do you mean both switches go down?

1- do you have a resilient uplink on each switch

2- do you have a complete stack ring (meaning have you closed the ring between the two switches with the stackwise cabling

Hi Paul,

I means when i turn off one of these switch, i can not console to stack for config, whole stack look like also turn off. Network connection also disconnect.

I have complete stack ring. 

My command to show switch detail and switch stack ring in attached file.
