I found cpu load around 90 - 100% on cisco 3845, so I show tech-spec and show log on router and found process "Virtual Exec" use high load. I'm not
sure this situation make high latency time on my network. Please help to verify this case.
Please see show tech-support in attachment.

Hi,
Could you please let me know whats the current status?
Do you still see the high cpu on the device? If yes :
I just had a quick look at the show tech and the high cpu is caused due to Process on cpu.
Plz find below link:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/routers/ps359/products_tech_note09186a00801c2af6.shtml
Please capture the below commands at the time of high CPU:
1- Show proc cpu sort | ex 0.0
2- Show platform port-asic stats drop
3- show spann det | i exec|of top|from
4- show interfaces switching
5- show sdm prefer
