High CPU on 3560

Hi Guys,

We are having some high CPU issue on Cisco 3560 switch and we want to run following debug command.

Can you please let me know is it processor intensive debug command ?

debug platform cpu-queues cbt-to-spt-q

Let's start with the basic.  What IOS is the switch running?  The most stable IOS for the 3560/3750 series of switches is 12.2(55)SE9.

We have 3560X-48 and we are running 15.0.

we can see very high numbers in cbt-to-spt queue.
