Hello,
We are facing High CPU usage on one of our Cisco WS-C4503 switch. Below are the details of troubleshooting done so far.

Based on the outputs above, I have checked & found that there are no ACL with 'log' keyword configured. Need your suggestions to troubleshoot & identify root cause for this issue along with possible resolution.
Please do revert for any further clarifications. Thanks in advance for your support.

Hello,
I am not able to access the link provided by you.
Also, I have already tried troubleshooting this using the Cisco document for high cpu usage on 4500 series switches.
As already mentioned earlier, as per that document the hig cpu is realted to ACL log, unreach packets. However i checked the ACL on the switch & there is not statement with log keyword.
Do revert for any clarifications.

Nitin
