Dear All, i applied some fixes as you guys recommended and i havent noticed High CPU again . but now a new problem has emerged where the clients who have anyconnect software lose connection every after 1 or 2 hours of connectivity , i have checked the switch and seen no logs pertaining to Port flapping . what do u think may be the cause of this now?

Are these clients connected to the same switch?  Switch member of the same stack?

yes they are on the same switch

IF those wired clients are all connected to the same switch (from the same stack), then cold reboot that switch.

Cold-reboot means pull out the power cables, pull out the power supplies.  Wait for about 20 seconds and push the power supplies back in.  Energize.
