The traffic on the device is not much expecially with the type of router it is.

5 minute input rate 483000 bits/sec, 176 packets/sec
  5 minute output rate 146000 bits/sec, 164 packets/sec

Seeing lots of Check Heaps. any way to find out what may be causing this and how to get it fixed? or if there is a know bug with this IOS version?

Hi,

I think, for this you should open a ticket with TAC and send them the outputs as your CPU is running very high.  They probably recommend an upgrade.

For just (about) 500 Kbps, your CPU just seems a tad abnormally high.

I agree with Reza, this is something you could take to TAC, and also agree with Reza they will probably recommend changing the IOS version.
