High I/O memory utilization 2960S

I am looking for Cisco document which says that default I/O Memory Utilization of Cisco 2960S is about ~85%.

I would also like to know, what is the Impact of High I/O Utilization with respect to Cisco 2960S?

(Required cisco document, where its mention impact of High I/O Utilization with respect to 2960S)

Information I know from my documents and my hands own experience.

Lab Test Results

Regardless of IOS or Configuration, I/O memory utilization is always 84 to 85 %.

This is to be expected particularly when you are using a bad IOS like 15.2(1)SE-train. 

Use 15.0(2)SE4.

We are using cisco "WS-C2960S-48TS-L" switch & Version- 12.2(55)SE5 "  and getting-

  I/O Pool Total: 14680064 Used: 12319972 Free: 2360092

Can you share the reason and Impact and solution.
