There are a series of CPU bugs affecting the early versions of 12.2(55)SE. This has been rectified with the 12.2(55)SE5 or 12.2(55)SE6.

Hi Shahab,
The memory on your 2960 is only 24MB. Currently you have ~7MB Free.
Cisco2960# show proc mem sorted
Processor Pool Total: 23407304 Used: 16435636 Free: 6971668
Init process is holding most of your memory 13696144. No other process is holding more than 1MB. So I am not seeing any serious memory leak here. Dead memory is hodling around 600K memory which is very less
Init process is holding memory as per your configuration. So this should be expected memory utilization as per your configuration.
Thank you
Raju
