Let's say you have 2 identical 6500's under the same load, one running Advanced Enterprise, the other running Advanced IP. Will the CPU of the Advanced Enterprise switch average a higher utilization than the one running Advanced IP?

Depends on what features gets punted to the CPU (software switched)
For both versions most features are hardware based across ASICS not requiring CPU processing.

Yes it could be..
The enterprise IOS may be supporting/starting more services which requires a certain amount of CPU (though it will be less)
