Does the cisco 3745 support hot swap of network modules?

Not really but somethings can be swaped.

Yes and No,

WIC cards can be installed hot, but hot-swap is not supported.

Some switch modules can be in-line inserted (hot swap) but it is always best to look at the installation instructions for the specific module you are concerned with.
