You need to subnet in to small portion of addressing 10.10.40.0/24

depends on the users in the network  as per the diagram you need 3 users network IP address, so i do this as example :

10.10.40.0/26

10.10.40.0 10.10.40.1 - 10.10.40.62 10.10.40.63
10.10.40.64 10.10.40.65 - 10.10.40.126 10.10.40.127
10.10.40.128 10.10.40.129 - 10.10.40.190 10.10.40.191
10.10.40.192 10.10.40.193 - 10.10.40.254 10.10.40.255

First spoace for p2p address you need /30

example :  ( Bold us usable )

10.10.40.0 10.10.40.1 - 10.10.40.2 10.10.40.3
10.10.40.4 10.10.40.5 - 10.10.40.6 10.10.40.7
10.10.40.8 10.10.40.9 - 10.10.40.10 10.10.40.11
10.10.40.12 10.10.40.13 - 10.10.40.14 10.10.40.15

You can run IGP easy to manage than static.

thank you for the answer but the instruction is to do the static and eigrp routing ,so how will this be possible?

we are not sure what is your home work given to you, you giving to us bit and piece information, suggest you to read some documents and understand and learn, in real environment  this help you,

as per the information, this can done both static routing and dynamic routing.

So as per the information run Eigrp process R0 and R1, make static route on rest all.

I can provide full config, but i would not do that here, since this is your learning lesson - but we are here to support if you stuck any where.
