I've got some remote modems i have to dial into---my analog line at the office has crapped out. Any ideas on how I can work around this. Was hoping maybe someone had some kind of service, but couldn't find one---I presume because it's 2017. Kind of an urgent thing but no idea where one gets access this day and age. Best guess was to ask some older folks I know, thinking maybe they never changed with the times---no dice.
Any thoughts woudl be greatly appreciated. Thanks

You could get an ATA and connect it to a VoIP provider. Then plug your modem into the ATA.
You could also consider getting an old school "terminal server", like these ones:

You connect to these over IP (usually with telnet) and then they convert to serial. No modem in this case.
You could consider using something like TeamViewer to a computer on site, and then get a serial connection from that to the device you want to manage.
But you already know - you have left migrating off old legacy technology too long, and it has come back and bitten you. :-)
