can you elaborate what you need help with? Configuration for the whole network?
You need the port connected to PC5 to be in access vlan 7. Same goes for the port connected to PC1.
Configure these ports with "switchport access vlan 7"
If they should be able to communicate with eachother (PC5 and PC1), you also need to allow vlan 7 on the trunks between Switch 2 and Switch 3.
This can be done with "switchport trunk allowed vlan add 7" on the ports between these two switches - I used the "add" in the syntax aswell, to not overwrite already configured vlans on the trunk, if any.

i have done the vlan 7 but i dont know how to do the dhcp and the computer accessing abv.bg from the far right server

From your drawing it seems like a couple of things has to be done, since the interfaces between Switch 0, Router 0, Switch 1 and Router 0 are down (The red triangles indicate no connection / shutdown on links)
Please upload the packet tracer file as .zip.
