Not sure about the exact number, but you can a lots of secondary ip addresses. Not a very common deployment though.

I think we had the same type of question earlier but not able to search that thread.

I dont think there is any limit define as such in any document on configuring the secondary ip address on the svi.

Rule of thumb in regards to secondary IP address:  DON'T.
