How src-mac or dst-mac method worked ?

you mean hash for load balance in ether channel ?
if yes then 
SW1-SW
SW1 check the frame Scr-mac and use hash algorithm to select which port member of ether channel will use to send traffic 
SW1 check the frame des-mac and use hash algorithm to select which port member of ether channel will use to send traffic

Hi

 I would not call it a method but basically each device need to have an unique identification on the network and everytime those devices sends information their Mac address will be classified as source and the device to where the information will be sent to, is the destination Mac address. 

 Just simple like that.
