Hi Madhu,
Correct me if I am wrong
Assuming
You are running two instance's of gns3.
One on host PC which has Microsoft OS.
The other instance on VMware workstation.
You have connected instance on VMware with VMware adapter.
Instance on local host is connected to your physical adapter.
You can access instance on local host.
You are unable to access instance on VMware machine from local host.
If this is your problem please install virtual adapter on host machine.
You will find document on internet to create virtual adapter.
If you are using latest version of gns3 you can simply click and create virtual adapter for your local host.
Once you have virtual adapter installed go to network settings> change adapter settings, here change the IP address of virtual adapter in range of virtual machine.
Now your host machine has two adapters one connected to local instance and other to VMware instance.
Enjoy your lab.
Bye
