Never heard of active and backup concept in relation to 3750..Can you please elaborate a bit more on what you are trying to achieve  ?

1.i need to connectec 2 point to point links, if any link gon down all the trafick need to go other link withou any picket drops.

2. if the 2 links are up trafick need to go only one link other link should be a backup

I am not sure if such a concept exists in 3750..Etherchannel can be used to accomplish the first point,but it will defeat the second point..I wonder why its compulsary for traffic to not to go through second port...It will give better performance due to load balancing.

Only way to achieve what you want is EEM.
