How to configure QSFP+ to 4x SFP+ c9000 cisco 16.x.x

I'm looking for the configuration between C9500 40G interface to C9400 4x 10G interface with 16.9.x:

QSFP-40G-CSR4 to  4 x 10G SFP+

I've had a look around on the forums, and I haven't found anything so far.

This is one of the limitations on the 9500 series. Not sure if they developed this feature in 16.9.x.

You may want to talk to your SE.

The OP is asking about Catalyst and not Nexus.

Yes, I'm looking for the C9400 or C9500. No trace for the commands on 16.9.1.

I'm not looking for Nexus configurations.

As I said before, this may not be an option yet. Best is to talk to your Cisco SE and see if it is on the roadmap.
