Hi have an issue to connect 10g fiber optic c6500 to 10g spf+ c2960 48 ports. My interface on each switch is down down?

Someone can help me with this issue?

Hi,

Make sure the fiber cable is working. If you extra cables use a different cable.  Also, make sure the SFP+ are working or replace them and test again? Make sure the interfaces on both devices are not shut down.

What is the exact model of the 2960 switch?  Plain 2960 & 2960G do NOT support SFP+.  

SFP+ is supported on some specific 2960S/X/XR.
