* %ILPOWER-3-CONTROLLER_PORT_ERR: Controller port error, Interface Gi1/0/9: Power Controller reports mosfet fault
How do I fix this issue? causing the specific port to not function.

disable PoE in port
it seem the port is fault

what is the device model ? try reboot the device if that fix the issue,
if not change to different port or if this in contract raise tac case for RMA.

Sorry but I dont prefer him try different port' it can device NIC issue and it maybe damage SW port' if he try different SW port he can damage another port.

Do not waste any time with troubleshooting MOSFET failure because it is a known design fault.
Contact Cisco TAC and RMA the switch.
