I am trying to configure my router 2801 AND 1841 with ipv6 but it says unrecognized command.
RouterA(config)#ipv6 ?
% Unrecognized command
RouterA(config)#ipv6
heres the IOS VER. c2801-spservicesk9-mz.124-
15.T13b.bin
for router 1841 same thing: Router(config)#ipv6 ?
% Unrecognized command
IOS VER. c1841-spservicesk9-mz.124-
15.T13b

It appears that it is an issue with the version of code that you are running. You will need to upgrade to a more recent version. For instance, the c1841-spservicesk9-mz.124-24.T8.bin should work. I used Cisco's feature navigator to figure this out and you can do the same at this link:

Neno, Is IOS c1841-spservicesk9-mz.124-24.T8.bin latest than c1841-spservicesk9-mz.124-15.T13b?

It is a newer release. However, as I mentioned earlier, you really need to use the "feature navigator" to determine features offered by releases. Often features may be missing not because of how new the image is but the type of image. For instance, IP Services vs Enterprise Services.
